It’s the beginning of a new year and that makes it a good time to start posting some regular content on this site, eh?
I’m going to kick things off with tarot writing prompts because I love using the imagery from the cards as inspiration. Since today is the January 1st I’ll post one today, but normally I’ll aim to have a new one up every Monday.
I’ll be using as many different decks I can to keep variety going too. I also plan on using self-published and un-published decks. And I’ll be looking to use artwork that simply looks like it could be a card too. If you have any decks, images, or topics you’d like to see a writing prompt based on, please send them my way. Or, if you post a tarot writing prompt on your own blog, please let me know and I’ll post a link to it too. Thanks!
Happy writing!

I’m looking forward to these. I love visiting here and finding new and creative ways to explore the cards.
You know, I have the Paulina Tarot but haven’t used it yet! I don’t know why. But, it’s becoming more intriguing the more I see it. What have been your experiences both reading and journaling with the deck)?
Cheers, Nicole
I love the Paulina Tarot! It’s what I typically read with these days. For some it might seem to busy because it’s so detailed and flowery in the backgrounds of the images. But I love that. My eyes just get lost in them. For me I often need more than just the simple clean imagery of the Universal deck to keep me paying attention to the deck enough to allow my intuition to kick in. That’s what the deck does for me.
I haven’t journaled accept for a few random exercises and with that I hop decks. I should try working through this deck with journaling. Hadn’t thought of doing that…spaz I guess.
